Start small. Prove value. Build only what earns its way forward.

Four engagements, each with a fixed scope, a concrete deliverable, and a natural next step. None of them asks for a leap of faith — every step has to prove its value before the next one asks for more.

Straight about price:Clarity Assessment $9,500–$12,500 (pilot seats $5,000, credited toward your build); builds $25K–$300K.

Clarity Assessment

$9,500–$12,500Standard · limited pilot seats at $5,000

“We know AI matters, but we don’t know where to start.”

A short, paid engagement to find where operational friction is costing you time and money, and to work out honestly whether AI belongs anywhere near the fix.

100% of your assessment fee credits toward an Architecture Blueprint signed within 90 days.

What you receive

  • Executive summary
  • Current-state workflow map
  • Friction analysis
  • AI & automation opportunity matrix
  • Risk & complexity review
  • Build vs. buy recommendations
  • Priority roadmap — Now / Next / Later
  • Budget ranges & recommended next step

Outcome: Your leadership team walks away knowing what to build, what to skip, and why.

Leads to: Architecture Blueprint

Design2–3 weeks

Architecture Blueprint

$25K–$60KSingle-system ~$25K · multi-system $40–60K

“We know what to build. Now show us exactly how.”

The complete picture of how it gets built: solution and security architecture, how it fits with the systems you already run, what to build versus buy, and a delivery plan with a real budget.

What you receive

  • Solution architecture
  • Security architecture
  • Integration map
  • Data flow
  • Build vs. buy analysis
  • Delivery plan & budget estimate

Outcome: A plan concrete enough to fund and hand to any capable team.

Leads to: Trusted Systems Build

BuildProject-based

Trusted Systems Build

$75K–$300KFixed-scope milestone billing

“Build it — properly, and to production.”

We build the system to production standard and hand it over properly: engineered, secured, documented, deployed, and explained to the people who'll own it.

What you receive

  • Engineering & AI integration
  • Compliance workstream — HIPAA, audit evidence, BAA-ready deployment
  • Security by design
  • Observability & auditability
  • Documentation & deployment
  • Knowledge transfer

Outcome: A system in production that your team genuinely owns.

Leads to: Systems Partnership

OperateOngoing

Systems Partnership

From $2,500/mo≈1.5–2.5% of build value · tiered

“Keep it reliable, and keep making it better.”

A monthly partnership to keep what's live reliable and to keep making it better, so your systems gain value over time instead of quietly decaying.

What you receive

  • Reliability & monitoring
  • Security reviews
  • New workflow design
  • AI roadmap & quarterly planning
  • Architecture reviews
  • Executive advisory

Outcome: Someone who knows your systems well enough to keep improving them, not a vendor you re-brief every quarter.

How we package

We sell decisions before implementation.

  • We sell decisions before implementation.
  • We sell systems before features.
  • We sell outcomes before technology.
  • We sell trust before scale.

What we don’t sell

Some work we turn down.

  • Generic chatbot projects
  • Staff augmentation
  • Hourly development
  • “AI because everyone else has AI”
  • Proof-of-concepts with no path to production

If price is the primary buying criterion, we’re likely the wrong partner — and we’ll tell you that early.

Questions we actually get

Straight answers, before you reach out.

Is the first call a sales pitch?

No. It’s a 15–20 minute fit call. We’re listening for real operational friction, not pitching software — and if a Clarity Assessment won’t help you, we’ll say so on that call.

Why would we pay for an assessment?

Because free “discovery” is usually a sales pitch in disguise. When you pay for the Clarity Assessment, our only job is to give you the clearest possible answer — including “don’t build this” — and you leave with a roadmap you own either way.

So… do you just build chatbots?

Sometimes AI is the right tool; often it isn’t. We start with the work and the outcome, then decide. A chatbot might be one piece of a system — it’s never the point.

We’re in a regulated industry. Can you handle that?

It’s where we do our best work. We’ve built HIPAA-aware systems and treat security and compliance as design constraints from day one, not paperwork bolted on later.

Are you insured? Will a BAA cover our data?

Yes — the firm is insured, and we maintain an active Business Associate Agreement with AWS, so PHI workloads run on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure under a signed BAA chain. Documentation for either is available on request.

What if we already know what we want built?

Then an Architecture Blueprint or a Trusted Systems Build may be the right place to start. We’ll still pressure-test the assumption — challenging the brief is part of the job — but we won’t slow you down for the sake of process.

What happens if we’re not a fit?

We tell you early, and you keep whatever we’ve produced. We’d rather lose a bad-fit project than take it.

The first step

Start with clarity, not code.

The Clarity Assessment is a short, paid engagement that shows you where friction lives, what it costs, and whether AI belongs in the solution. Fixed scope. Fixed timeline. A roadmap you own — whether or not we build it.
