Selected work

Systems in production, not slideware.

A few of the systems we’ve built. We work in regulated, high-trust environments, so clients stay anonymous — but the problems, the architecture, and the outcomes are exactly as they happened.

Legal

A deposition-analysis system that catches what humans miss.

3 months to production

Challenge

A legal-tech platform needed to surface answers — and contradictions — buried across thousands of pages of deposition transcripts, fast enough to matter mid-case.

What we built

We built a retrieval system over the transcripts: one model answers questions in context, a second reads for inconsistencies between testimony. Legacy records were migrated out of an aging .NET stack into a clean pipeline.

Outcome

Delivered end-to-end in three months and running on real caseloads.

  • AWS Bedrock
  • Claude Sonnet — Q&A
  • Claude Opus — inconsistency detection
  • RAG + ETL
Healthcare

The operating system for a specialty pharmacy.

Delivered on schedule

Challenge

A specialty pharmacy was running on disconnected tools, with critical steps tracked by hand and no single source of truth.

What we built

We built a business-operations platform with a custom CRM integration, replacing manual handoffs with an auditable, observable system the team owns.

Outcome

Deployed on schedule. The team stayed on a monthly partnership to keep improving it.

  • Azure Container Apps
  • HubSpot integration
  • Secure cloud architecture
Multi-business owner-operator

One platform across four businesses and two industries.

4 businesses unified

Challenge

An owner-operator ran four businesses in two very different industries, re-entering the same data into separate systems and estimating by hand.

What we built

We unified estimating, dashboards, and automation into one cloud-native platform, with AI-assisted quoting and no manual re-entry between businesses.

Outcome

Four businesses, two industries, one system — and no manual re-entry.

  • AWS
  • Unified data model
  • AI-assisted quoting
  • Workflow automation
