• AI consulting, including process mapping and implementation strategies.
• Custom application development with technologies like LLMs and workflow automation.
• Secure solutions hosted on platforms like AWS.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Follow all applicable laws.
• Use our services lawfully and avoid misuse or reverse-engineering of our tools.

3. Payment Terms

• Services are billed hourly, with monthly invoices.
• Payment is due within 30 days.
• Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest (or the legal maximum).

4. Intellectual Property

• Tampa Dynamics owns its proprietary software and tools.
• You own custom software developed specifically for you.
• Pre-existing IP remains with its original owner.

5. Confidentiality

We treat your information as confidential, disclosing it only as required by law or with your consent.

6. Termination

• Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.
• Upon termination, all fees are due, and access may end.

7. Liability

• Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits).

8. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Tampa, Florida, under American Arbitration Association rules.
• The prevailing party may recover reasonable legal fees.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law.
